Backed by the factory.
Every Acoustimart product ships with a written warranty against manufacturing defect. Terms below are the standard commercial warranty; project-scale orders can be negotiated for extended coverage. Registered installations retain the full warranty period; unregistered installations are covered against defects at ship-date only.

Making a claim

Contact us within the warranty period via the contact form or email sales@acoustimart.com with your order reference and photos of the defect.

Our technical team responds within 3 working days with a diagnosis and next step.

Approved claims are resolved via replacement, credit, or refund at Acoustimart's discretion.

Standard shipping for replacements is covered by Acoustimart; expedited shipping is at buyer's cost.
