Acoustimart PU Foam is a lightweight, flexible acoustic-grade polyurethane foam offering superior sound absorption. Supplied in flat 3 × 6 ft sheets across two thicknesses and two densities — the base material for bass traps, ceiling clouds, and custom-shape absorbers.

Installation guide

- For studios, treat corners with thicker PU-foam bass traps
Care & maintenance
- Vacuum with a soft-brush attachment every 2–3 months
- Foam degrades under direct sunlight — install away from UV exposure
- Do not paint — even a thin coat closes the open cells and kills absorption
Wedge foam absorbs mid frequencies slightly deeper at the same thickness, making it stronger for vocal booths. Pyramid gives a more balanced broadband response and is our default recommendation for mix rooms and podcast studios.
Our acoustic-grade PU foam is self-extinguishing. Project-scale fire certification is available on request.
