Acoustimart is a manufacturer — not a reseller. Foam, PET, MLV, wood wool, and uPVC grippers are produced in our own facility, quality-checked in-house, and shipped nationwide.

In-house facility
Owned and operated production floor. Acoustic foam, PET boards, MLV, wood wool, and uPVC grippers are produced under one roof — no reseller layer between factory and buyer.
Machinery & tooling
Purpose-built extrusion and cutting lines for uPVC grippers. Precision foam cutters for pyramid, wedge, and custom acoustic shapes. Rolling calenders for MLV and PET boards.
Team
Acoustic engineers, production supervisors, quality control, and a project delivery team. Every enquiry gets a single point of contact from first call to final handover.
Process
Enquiry → engineering spec → production planning → batch production → quality inspection → dispatch. Standard SOP tracked per project.
Quality control
Every batch is checked for density, dimensional stability, and acoustic performance. Fire and NRC certification is issued on request for project-scale orders.
Packaging & logistics
Project-scale orders are palletised and shrink-wrapped for pan-India transport. Fragile items (PET clouds, wood wool) are edge-protected before dispatch.
